 Releasing What You Are Holding On To

 


Holding onto emotions, be they pain, anger, betrayal, shame or fear.... whatever...   is the single biggest obstacle that we have preventing our living up to our potential in life.  Old emotions will keep us stuck in the past, unable to live fully in the here and now.  They collect in the core of our being, and can cause physical illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, MS, and any of a number of life-threatening diseases.

Carrying these emotions around with us is like always having a huge sack that we can never put down.  It saps our energy, and keeps us in a never-ending circle of pain.  It is time to put down the burden and move on.  It is time to live your life to the fullest.  It is time to stop being sick.  Learn to live in the moment, because it is the only thing that is real.  All we really have is NOW.  This crystal moment in time is all that matters.
